		<description>I had written a bit about differences in perception and whether we could ever know such things, but I decided it was a distraction from the article.  Maybe I&#039;ll write a separate article on that someday.  The key point here is helping people to learn when the difference in perception or knowledge conceals an underlying problem.</description>

I laughed out loud, said &quot;I&#039;m afraid not, guys&quot;, and skipped that section for a while.</description>
